I check your business the way a customer finds it: a search on a phone, a look at your Google listing, a scroll through your posts, then a decision about whether to call.
Can people find you?
What comes up when someone searches for what you do in your area, how your Google Business Profile looks, and whether search engines and AI assistants can read your site.
Does it work on a phone?
How fast it loads, whether the phone number is tappable, whether forms send to an inbox someone checks, and whether every link still goes somewhere.
Does it turn visitors into enquiries?
Whether a stranger can tell what you do, where you work and what it costs within a few seconds, and how easy it is to get in touch.
Is your social media pulling its weight?
Which posts bring enquiries and which get ignored, where your bio link goes, and what the businesses doing well in your niche do differently.

The kind of thing I find
Small problems that quietly cost enquiries.
Most of what turns up in a health check is quick to fix once someone points at it. A few examples of what I look for:
The phone number won't tap
On a mobile, the number is plain text, so a customer has to copy it out by hand. Many won't.
The form goes nowhere
The contact form sends to an old inbox nobody checks, so enquiries sit unread.
The bio link is broken
The link in the Instagram bio goes to a page that no longer exists.
Google has the wrong details
Opening hours, the website link or the area covered are missing or out of date on the Google listing.
